What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes up to 5 images per conversion batch (10 in the image compressor), a 5 MB limit per image, and files deleted straight after conversion. It is designed for occasional use, quick tasks, and anyone who wants simple image tools without paying upfront.
What does Premium include?
Premium increases the conversion batch size from 5 to 50 images and raises the file size limit from 5 MB to 75 MB per image. Files over 4.4 MB are converted in your browser on every plan. Everything else works the same as the free plan.
Is there a trial period for Premium?
If MeloTools is running a trial or introductory promotion, it will be shown clearly during checkout or on the pricing page. If no trial is shown, Premium starts as a standard paid subscription with the features listed on this page.
Will my images be stored if I use the free plan?
No, on any plan. Our image compressor runs in your browser. Our format converters process files on our server and delete them straight after conversion.
Can I cancel Premium anytime?
Yes. You can cancel with one click on your Profile page, and we email you to confirm. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded, except under your legal 14-day right to cancel (see the Terms). There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.
