Is MeloTools free to use?
Yes. The Free plan is available to everyone with no account required. You can compress and convert up to 10 images per batch at no cost. Standard formats - JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, and more - are all included on the free tier.
What does the Premium plan include?
Premium unlocks 50 images per batch (up from 10), raises the per-image size limit to 75 MB, enables lossy compression and AI quality recommendations, removes all advertisements, and gives you priority processing that is 3x faster than the free tier. Premium subscribers also receive priority email support and early access to new features.
Can I cancel my Premium subscription at any time?
Yes, absolutely. You can manage or cancel your subscription directly from your profile page. If you cancel, you keep full Premium access until the end of your current billing period. There are no hidden fees or cancellation penalties.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal for secure payment processing. You can pay with your PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or any credit or debit card associated with your PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account you can check out as a guest using just your card details.
What happens to my images after processing?
Your privacy is our priority. Images processed on our servers are automatically and permanently deleted after 30 minutes. For browser-based conversions, your files often never leave your device at all - they are processed entirely in your browser.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or students?
